LifeFleet believes in keeping our employees up to date on current trends in EMS, which is why we chose to become the area’s only accredited Ambulance Company to teach the following courses:
-Emergency Medical Responder (EMR)

Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

Spring Classes Starting Soon

Course Description:
A study of emergent medical and traumatic conditions, to include: pathophysiology, symptomology and management relevant to the EMT-Basic. The course is designed to prepare individuals for the state and national certification examinations at the EMT-Basic level.

EMT Class:
Class will begin soon.  Check back for information on our next EMT-B class.

Cost:
Total cost of class not including National Registry Fee: $1,000.00
Financial Aid available with employment agreement.

Must pass a pre-admission, general-knowledge test prior to acceptance into the program.

Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) –
Classes Forming Soon

Course Description:
This course trains individuals who are the first to arrive at an emergency to provide efficient and accurate pre-hospital care. Students assess patients for wounds to determine if trauma, shock, burns or closed airways are a problem and how to address those issues by dressing wounds, stabilizing the person or administering oxygen. They immobilize patients and address common emergency medical issues with basic treatments. This course includes hands-on, practical experience and is necessary to be eligible for first responder certification.

Cost:
Total cost of class not including National Registry Fee: $350.00
